04 / KEY BENEFITS
Key benefits
Carbide edge where bi-metal wears too quickly — recommended only when the material justifies the higher grade.
Pitch and width selected against the section and the machine.
Trial support for critical materials, with the observation criteria agreed in advance.
Specification, packing and marking confirmed before shipment.
When the material or the section makes a bi-metal edge wear too quickly — titanium, nickel-based alloys and high-hardness steel are the usual cases. On general carbon and structural steel it is normally unnecessary.
Does a carbide blade need different handling?
It runs in the same application framework as any other blade: tension, guides, parameters and coolant are checked against the material and the machine before a recommendation is made.
TECHNICAL ADVICE
Bring us the cutting problem.
Material, machine, the blade you run today and what actually goes wrong — that is enough for a first technical answer.
